Benefits and Certifications
Westile products have multiple benefits and certifications per Florida building codes. These include, but are not limited to, Dade County SFBC, Chapter 34 – Broward County Prescipted Product List for Roofing Materials, and SBCCI. Their products are Class A against burning and fire spreading testing ASTM E108 and UBC Standard 15-2. All Westile roofing tiles pass Freeze/Thaw testing ASTM C67-98.
