About Dr. Goodroof
Dr. Goodroof, Inc. APE Roof Tile Company is a manufacturer and installation company of concrete tiles since 1954. They had 30 years of experience until they combined with CFS Roofing LLC. CFS continues to work under the Dr. Goodroof, Inc. business name.
Located in Punta Gorda, FL, Dr. Goodroof, Inc., and CFS are trusted commercial roofing experts in Southwest Florida. They offer “turnkey” solutions for new and replacement roofing. Further support services for Fort Myers, Naples, and Sarasota communities are available through donations of money, skills, and time.

Benefits and Certifications
Dr. Goodroof manufactured tiles come with many benefits and certifications. All of its concrete tiles are APE (American Product for Excellence) and meet local standards for roofing tiles per Dade County Protocol Center for Applied Engineering PA 100-94. They are designed with a weather check system of headlap baffles which protect against wind infiltration and wind-driven moisture.
When roofing tiles are installed correctly, Dr. Goodroof’s products exceed ICBO and SBCCI requirements for strength, water absorption, and permeability. These tiles are manufactured by a high-pressure extrusion process that results in dense, durable, and non-combustible roof covering. This process helps with every tile’s Class A fire rating and ability to become stronger with age as most concrete tiles do
